And together, we'll explore compassion, resilience, and personal insight. Rather than focusing on artistic skill, this experience centers on meaning-making through expression and art creation.You will be guided through a simple artmaking process followed by a group reflection and discussion in this small-group setting.No artistic experience is necessary.
