Whether you’re brand new to dance or returning to movement after a long break, MU Heels offers a beginner-friendly, emotionally empowering experience.
We’ll warm up, explore technique, and learn a short combo that honors your strength, grace, and personal style.

Created by dancer and teacher MU Wang, MU Heels blends choreography with healing — helping students build confidence, flexibility, and body awareness, especially for those who spend long hours working or feel disconnected from their physical selves.
