Format: 5 Preliminary Rounds
Break: Open Quarterfinals + Novice Final
Cap: 60 Teams

👥 Eligibility

Open to all university debaters (independent teams welcome)
Novice = first or second semester of university debate
Novice teams eligible for Novice Break

Fees 

Judge Requirement: N-1
Team Fee: $160 USD
Uncovered Judge Fee: $150 USD
