About this Dish:Rome is the birthplace of some of the world's most beloved pasta dishes - and none are more iconic than these three. Carbonara with its silky egg and guanciale richness. Cacio e Pepe with its sharp, peppery simplicity. Amatriciana with its bold, tomato-driven depth. All three come from just a handful of ingredients - and all three require technique, timing, and a little Roman attitude. In this Class You Will: • Learn about the traditions and culture of Roman cuisine and the stories behind each sauce• Make all three Roman sauces by hand with the guidance of our Scuola Chef • Enjoy a curated antipasto to start as well as your own finished sauces, with one to take home • Sip a glass of Italian wine while cooking, followed by a second paired perfectly to the dishes • Take home your recipe card to recreate it at home Please note: • This hands-on class is limited to 8 guests • The style of this class is set up for two people per workstation. If you come with a party larger than 2, additional guests will be paired with another guest for the workshop • The menu for this class is exclusive to the concept - some dietary restrictions may not be able to be accommodated for this format • Restrictions: Ages 12 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
