From there, we’ll delve into the dynamic realms of flavor and temperature, building a working understanding of these energetic vectors and their roles in herbal medicine.Open to all, this class is designed to inspire participants to include herbs in their daily lives. Through tasting, observation, and embodied learning, students will experience firsthand how plants can support wellness and deepen their relationship with nature.About the InstructorDr. Patrick Mansfield is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and licensed acupuncturist. Drawn to his studies by a deep reverence for herbal medicine, he is a board-certified herbalist and a professor in the Herbal Medicine department at the European Institute of Integrative Health Sciences.
