Using light, their movement and sonic compositions explore the visual physiological response to changes in perception of illumination, time, and distance. Charter and Hemingway at times disappear behind the fabric panels, and other times are more foregrounded, emerging and reemerging differently through sequences, shadows, and forms. This performance is the first iteration of a new collaboration between Charter and Hemingway.At Electric Lodge's Kelman Theater--------This performance is part of the Daredevil Arts Festival, a multi-weekend performing arts festival co-presented by Electric Lodge and Pacific Resident Theatre, celebrating bold voices and multidisciplinary storytelling in the Venice community.Choose from over 50 performances running July 11–19 (with an Opening Night Party on July 10).
