From "Up on the Roof" and "Under the Boardwalk" to "This Magic Moment" and "Stand by Me," the list of hits from The Drifters is evocative of the feel-good, hip-swaying nostalgia of '50s R&B and '60s soul. And they've still got that magic, putting on high-energy shows that mix classic Drifters songs with hits from the '70s and '80s done up in their unique style. For this show at Haugh Performing Arts Center at Citrus College in Glendora, they’ll be joined by a cappella all-stars The Alley Cats delivering fierce doo-wop.
