From there, we’ll ease into a sound bath meditation to calm the nervous system as we enter a state of deep surrender. We will go on an immersive journey through sound.From this grounded space, we’ll gently transition into an intuitive painting experience inspired by the theme of abundance. You’ll be invited to express your own vision of abundance through color, imagery, symbols, words, or whatever naturally emerges on canvas. ?This is not a step-by-step painting class. This is a free-flowing intuitive paint session with an optional theme. You’ll be supported through the creative process and encouraged to create from a place of curiosity and authentic self-expression. No art experience is needed; this experience is beginner-friendly :)Whether you come with a friend, a loved one, or on your own, you are welcome here.
