We’ll reflect on what we’re ready to let go of, take part in a symbolic release ritual, set intentions for the season ahead, and create fall-inspired art!Event FlowWe’ll begin with an opening circle to connect, ground ourselves, and settle into the space. From there, we’ll ease into a sound bath meditation to calm the nervous system as we enter a state of deep surrender. We will flow into an immersive and restorative journey through sound. From this grounded space, we’ll gently transition into an intuitive painting experience inspired by the Fall season. You’ll be invited to express your own vision through color, imagery, symbols, words, or whatever naturally emerges on canvas. 🎨This is not a step-by-step painting class. This is a free-flowing intuitive paint session with an optional theme. You’ll be supported through the creative process and encouraged to create from a place of curiosity and authentic self-expression.
