Please keep the guidelines for your reference. 2025 Simbang Gabi PAROL/POLE/STAND REQUIREMENTS: > PAROL MEASUREMENTS - NOT more than 3 feet in height and across > POLE - NOT more than 8 feet in length > STAND - MUST bring own parol stand; NO rollers that will scratch the floor of the Cathedral. > LIGHTED PAROL - TURN OFF flashing lights once in the back of the altar is to avoid distraction to the congregation during the celebration of the Liturgy. PRE-REGISTRATION: On or before November 30, 2025. Regional Coordinator. > Provide Parish/Group Name, Lead person's name, and Phone number (need a copy of the form). > Pre-registration is highly required to determine the number of participating parishes to assess and plan seat arrangement/occupancy. PAROL CHECK-IN/REGISTRATION DESK (Dec. 15, Monday): > Registration starts promptly at 3:30 pm at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine. > One greeter per registration desk to assist in directing parol bearers to their designated Pastoral Region check-in at the desk. PAROL BEARERS/BANNERS PARTICIPANTS: Filipiniana /Barong Tagalog attires are required. > No parish/organization procession participants will be allowed without a parol. > The BANNER can either be hung to the Parol pole vertically or carried by the participants vertically or horizontally. > Not to exceed FOUR MEMBERS per parish/organization during procession. › All participants must enter at the NORTH entrance (by the Shrine of our Lady of Guadalupe). > Only the Parol bearer must check in at the registration desk and obtain 2 identical set of numbers written on color coded papers. One for line up placement, and the other one to be attached to the parol stand. > The Parol bearer must first bring the stand to the back of the altar (2 volunteers in the area will direct placements) before joining his group by the North Ambulatory hallway for the procession line up. > Meanwhile, the 3 parol procession companions must already go to their line up formation in the North Ambulatory hallway as assigned in numeric order with their parol (to their assigned groups, regions, sectors etc.) > REGIONAL PAROL BEARER MUST - be prompt as he/she should be the first in line at their designated area. > PLEASE MAINTAIN SILENCE INSIDE THE CATHEDRAL AT A LL TIMES.
