This culmination features devised ensemble theatre work created during a week-long residency with Pasifika artists exchanging stories and creative expressions. Ensemble members are trained under lead artists Misa Tupou , Kathy Martin, and Kiki Rivera.Pae in 'Ōlelo Hawai'i means to cluster, group or to land or come ashore. This program hopes to pae our Pasifika Artist community in a time where our cultures, lands, and peoples are most needed and beneficial to the future we are forging.Funder credit:This project is made possible in part by the City of Culver City and its Cultural Affairs Commission, with support from Sony Pictures Entertainment and Culver City Arts Foundation; and was supported by the National Performance Network (NPN) Artist Engagement Fund.
