NFCF Boxing & Fitness Class

Come join us for an exhilarating ALL- LEVEL boxing & fitness class. Get ready to sweat, punch, and have a blast!

It's a queer-inclusive community!

All ages welcome!

• Participation of Individuals under the age of 15 requires guardians' consent and supervision.
• One guardian can join the class for free.

Event Details:

• Date: Every second and fourth Tuesday at 7 PM (Pacific Time)
• Location: 1100 Eagle Vista Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90041 (exact meetup location will be emailed to you the day before the class).
• Athletic attire, boxing gloves (we have extras), boxing wraps, mouth guards (optional), head gears (optional), and hydration options.
• Please, sign the WAIVER and MEDIA RELEASE FORM before attending.

Whether you're a seasoned boxer or just starting out, this class is perfect for all fitness levels.

Classes comprise 4 parts:

• Boxing fundamentals (offense, defense, and footwork)
• Mitt work
• Condition and strength training
• Partnered drills/non-contact sparring (boxing tactics)

Classes are designed to build growth mindset and skillfully bodies and leave you feeling strong and empowered!
