Parents get to wait outside (no peeking!) while kids discover the magic of thoughtful giving. But the story doesn’t end there — behind the scenes, volunteers have spent the entire year building a handmade gnome village inside the shop, complete with tiny houses, lamp posts, and snowy storefronts.
