It also involves understanding how knowledge is learned and transmitted, strengthening relationships with family and community, developing relationships with the territory where we live today, and recognizing the responsibilities that come with carrying cultural knowledge.Through the four pillars of cultural reconnection and different ways of learning and knowing, we will explore how cultural knowledge can remain living across migration, interrupted transmission, and changing territories.The hands-on portion brings these ideas into practice through selected plant allies, herbal preparations, traditional baths, limpias, rebozo, touch, water, rest, and personal and family care.
