One of Shakespeare’s “problem plays,” Measure for Measure asks, what happens to the body politic when a permissive government is replaced by a punitive one? What makes a just society? Does one follow the leader? The church? The letter of the law? Or can these forces harmonize together? Registration is requested.*********Event detailsAll performances are approximately 90-100 minutes long, free, and open to the community. They take place at LMU's outdoor performance venue, the Drollinger Family Stage. We invite you, your family, and friends to bring a picnic and join us for a night of Shakespeare under the stars. Doors open at 6 pm.ParkingWe recommend parking in the Drollinger Parking Plaza (Lot L) on LMU's campus. Parking is free starting at 8 pm on weekdays and is free all weekend long.
