To make this event safe and enjoyable for all attendees, please read the below guidelines ahead of buying a ticket, so you know what to expect on the day. We must stress that there will be no access to the event for non-ticketholders.

• This is a photo-op event. Books will be pre-signed with book plates.
• No memorabilia will be signed.
• A professional photographer will take photos for this event. You will receive an email (at the address used to purchase tickets) the next day with a link to your photos. Please keep your phones put away during the event.
• No large bags will be permitted into the event.
• The exact time at which the event ends will be determined on the day.

• Barnes & Noble may cancel this event at any time with or without notice to the ticket holders.

Please note that this Eventbrite page is the only authorized dealer for this event. Tickets are non-transferable. Do not purchase tickets from a third party. Each person must have a ticket to enter.

A ticket PER PERSON includes:

EARLY CHECK IN: We will offer early check-in starting Sunday, December 7th, at 10:00 am through Event Day, Wednesday, December 10th at 7:00pm. Stop by the help desk on the first floor and let the bookseller know you need to check in for the Matthew McConaughey event. Provide the name assigned to the ticket to receive your wristband that will hold your place in line. Return to the store on Wednesday, December 10th prior to the event start time (7pm) while wearing your wristband to get in line. The ticket holder is responsible for maintaining possession of their wristband. B&N The Grove is not responsible for wristbands that have been released to ticket holders. Lost or missing wristbands may not be replaced.

You may also check in on the day of the event. Wristbands will be organized on a first-come, first-serve basis. The earlier you check in, the earlier your place in line will be.

Ticket holders will be admitted into the line on Event Day starting at 6:00pm. Please have a copy of your ticket available (either printed out or on your phone) for check-in.

• Some outside queuing may be required, so please come dressed appropriately for all weather.
• The exact time at which the event ends will be determined on the day.
• To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may not have the opportunity to enter the event space.
• Due to health and safety and space limitations, those without a ticket will not be permitted to join the queue.

If you are unable to attend the event, Barnes & Noble - The Grove will hold your book for seven days after the event. Please contact the store to arrange your pickup.
