Growing up across China, the UK, and the US taught her the value of belonging—a principle that guides her work building inclusive communities.

Anita Hossain Choudhry - Co-Founder & CEO at The Grand and mom to two daughters under 5. She's had a career across media, finance, venture capital as Head of Knowledge at First Round, and as an executive coach. Wharton MBA who has created meaningful communities in every role where people learn from each other and show up authentically. Her love for community started as a kid performing Bengali plays and continues today with nightly dance parties with her girls.
