In this class we’ll demonstrate how to make The Ginger Cosmo is a festive version of a modern classic, the Stone Fence, a drink whose name goes back to the revolutionary war, but whose ingredients go much further back into mysterious celebrations of the past; and we’ll finish off by making a Pumpkin Spice Eggnog from scratch!There will be a non-dairy option available for the eggnog.The instructor will demonstrate each cocktail on the menu, giving you the opportunity to taste them all. Each student will be paired with a partner and have the opportunity to make their two favorites from the list.Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment, but we are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are with a bigger group.
