Hosted at the IBTU Hub inside Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, this Pilates session is part of our June–November Hub Community Wellness Series — IBTU's new chapter of in-house wellness leadership.Pilates is for every body. Whether you're brand new to the practice, returning after a break, or building on years of work, you'll be guided through a session focused on core strength, breath, alignment, and care.Over the last three years, IBTU has produced 10 wellness activations serving 531 community members across South LA, Baldwin Hills, Venice Beach, and Exposition Park — work recognized by LA Council District 10 for dedication to community wellness and public space activation.
