Whether you're brand new to movement, returning after a break, or building on years of practice, you'll be guided through a session focused on breath, rhythm, alignment, and joy.We're starting with a grounding fireside chat on breathwork and stretching, then turning up the energy for an exclusive throwback dance cardio party powered by Body N Beat. Guest facilitators Aerick and J'Nelle Luckie will lead the way.Over the last three years, IBTU has produced 10 wellness activations serving 531 community members across South LA, Baldwin Hills, Venice Beach, and Exposition Park — work recognized by LA Council District 10 for dedication to community wellness and public space activation.
