Áine will focus the class on runner mobility followed by a guided meditation.‼️please bring your own mat for the yoga class portion🧃 Post class we will have refreshments and Sport Coffee while supplies last. raffles! 🥳💵 There is a suggested $5 donation to Áine's fundraiser for the Women's Sports Foundation to join the raffles. Feel free to donate more should your situation make it so.
