Empezó standup a los 19 años y se ha presentado como telonera para estrellas como Angelo Colina, Poly Díaz, y Chris Andrade.Ella es reconocida por empezar la escena para el standup en Español en Los Ángeles. En Abril 2024, creó No Hablo Inglés, el primer showcase en español en la ciudad, con 4 shows agotados. Desde Sep 2024, junto a Francisco Ramos, ha producido 10 shows en Español en el famoso club de comedia, The Comedy Store – The Belly Room. En Oct 2025, Daniela hizo historia como la primera en producir un showcase de standup en Español en The Comedy Store – The Main Room, llenando una sala de 300+ espectadores.Ahora, luego de 2 años produciendo shows y escribiendo material en Español, Daniela Inés Calvo presenta su primer especial de standup!
