Free Systems Navigation Benefits Workshop

Join The Social Impact Center for an in-person Systems Navigation Workshop focused on helping community members understand and apply for California public benefits.

This 2-hour session will provide:

• Clear information about available benefits
• Space to share experiences and ask questions
• On-site support to begin applications with staff guidance

We will provide devices and internet access to support applications during the workshop. Participants who are unable to complete their applications during the session will have the option to schedule follow-up support.

• Medi-Cal (apply/renew)
• CalFresh / EBT (apply/renew)
• General Relief (GR)
• Metro LIFE (reduced-fare transit support)
• California Disability Insurance through EDD (DI/SDI)
• Unemployment benefits
• ID and document support
• Name change document preparation

This workshop uses a trauma-informed, community-centered approach and is open to individuals at any stage of the benefits process.
