On Monday, October 5, 2026, we are launching our pilot initiative and hosting two focus groups to gather lived-experience feedback on our new dual-mode resource accessibility tools.We need dedicated volunteers to stand with us and help ensure the day runs smoothly! Your support directly empowers our unhoused neighbors in Service Planning Area 4 (SPA 4).Volunteer Shift Options: Shift A: Focus Group 1 Setup & Logistics (10:30 AM – 1:30 PM)Set up user testing materials and focus group check-in tables.Greet young adult focus group participants (ages 18–35).Assist with catered team lunch and participant stipend distribution.Shift B: Focus Group 2 & Event Breakdown (1:00 PM – 3:30 PM)Welcome mature and senior adult participants (ages 36–70).Help track physical and digital map testing feedback materials.Assist with afternoon stipend distribution and event space breakdown.
