It is about learning how to be comfortable to move in your own body, no matter what shape, form or dance experience.In this Summer Pop Up Session, we will cover how to dance on and around the chair comfortably and safely. We will go over dance foundations to help reinforce strong movement quality. Most importantly, we will take the time to learn how to FEEL OURSELVES.
