Michael currently holds the designation as a Certified Emergency Manager®, California Professional Emergency Manager, Certified Business Continuity Professional, and Master Exercise Practitioner. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a Master of Science degree in Emergency Management.
