Certified Payroll and Labor Compliance 2-day Training

Join us for a comprehensive training on certified payroll and compliance!

This training will cover the essential elements of certified payroll and compliance, including understanding the regulations and requirements for both federal and state agencies.

Our experienced facilitator will provide valuable insights and guidance on how to properly complete and submit certified payroll forms and documents, as well as how to handle compliance audits.

During the training, you'll learn:

Requirements:

• Possess a current contractor’s license
• Experience with public works projects
• Attendance at both sessions

If you are arriving from the front of the building, please go to the elevators farthest from the entrance to the right. You will know you are at the correct set of elevators if there is a button to press, instead of a touch screen, to reach the desired level. Then, select level T or the Terrace level. Once you reach the Terrance level, make a right and walk down the hallway. The door to the room we are in will be open; it is on the left-hand side.

If you arrive from the building's parking lot, the elevators there will take you directly to the Terrace. Select level T or the Terrace level when you reach the elevators.

Parking

There are three parking options, which all require payment. The first option is across the street; it costs $20 for all-day parking. Two parking lots surround the building. The second option is the parking lot located on the corner of the street, right before you reach the building itself. There, it costs $15 for all-day parking. The last option is the parking lot closer to the library or the dead end once you turn on Hope; this is the building’s parking lot, costing $40 for all-day parking.
