In May, Mike Kreaden of the Striders hosts the annual Run for Amma. The race has 10k / 30k / 50k options, starts and finishes at Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve, and all proceeds benefit cancer research.

This year is the 15th annual running, and this beautiful local race is always well-attended by Striders.

There will be one price increase, after April 30.

Mark yourself as "going" here, so that other Striders will be encouraged to join and can organize carpools.

Additionally, Striders will manage one of the aid stations at this race. If you are interested in volunteering, please send us a message or post here. There are also other volunteer positions in the race, and you can sign up clicking on the "Volunteer" button of the Ultrasignup page.
