Our class is designed for those looking to take care of themselves through moderate exercise.
This 3 days/week in-person course is designed for students who want a dynamic program in which the training uses functional fitness activities to develop core strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and power.
The course, running Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, will start April 7th and run through June 27th. Class is from 6:00 am to 7:00 am and will meet in the pool deck area at the main campus, or as decided upon by the instructor.

Monday – Full Body Fitness & Weight Room Mix
Wednesday – Full Body workout
Friday – Pilates Mix

- Track day or Campus Circuit day: Park in Student Lot 1.
- Fitness Center day, spinning day, or gym day: Park in Student Lot 2A.
