- **Event Description**: Join PEEC and the Land of Enchantment Wildlife Foundation (LEWF), and eat like a bear! The evening will begin with a presentation about black bears with Dr. Kathleen Ramsay. After Dr. Ramsay’s talk, guests will browse a buffet-style dinner featuring food from Vigilante Pizza and appetizers inspired by a black bear's diet. It will be a delicious, fun, and educational evening. Drinks will include different herbal teas and a cash bar provided by Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op.    

We will provide reusable utensils and compost any food waste from this event, including compostable plates. Reducing and properly managing our waste is better for local black bears and our planet! 

 

Advance registration is required. 

Admission: $60/general admission; $50/PEEC member
