Rhythm Fitness is a combination of Funkynetics (Cardio Step) and TKO (Cardio Kickboxing), Crossfit, Calisthenics and stretching. Dr. Zarif is a professional health and fitness professional and educator. He is a naturopathic doctor and has a PhD in human nutrition. He is a human rights activist and believes in equity for all, particularly around issues of health and fitness. His specialities are in obesity and disease prevention. In addition he is also a renowned public speaker, tv/radio personality, author and musician.

Rhythm Fitness is a 60 minute innovative total body fitness experience created by Dr. Zarif. In Class we use cardio steps, cardio kickboxing and weight bars. Dr. Zarif creates original music mixes that produce the best sound and greatest spirit for the highest vibration. Music consists of a variety of genres such as Funk, Hip Hop, R&B, Jazz and House. Some artists include Robert Glasper, Eric Sermon, Anita Baker, Drake, Earth Wind and Fire, The Internet, Ella Mae, Moonchild, and Rihanna.
