Meditation & Self Exploration
This is an inspirational workshop designed to discover what you truly want in life, brush up on your goals, and master the steps to take action. You'll be given guided meditations throughout the workshop for you to reflect and rediscover what you truly want in life. I'll give exercises and prompts that will inspire you to write down your desires and set goals with an action plan. We'll learn how to manifest your desires and other great tools while finishing with an intention-setting 10-minute aspirational yoga practice. Our experience will get you into the right mindset to take on your dreams and help find your Zen. Be prepared to feel invigorated to take on the day!
