This detailed routine is designed to help you carve a washboard stomach while building a tapered physique, strength your core and retrain you how to eat. All ages and body types are welcome.
Current students ages range form 29 to 95...it’s never to late to get in shape. We offer personalized care in a not threatening atmosphere.
Bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water so we can get you feeling better.
Class ends at 9:45pm
