Ashtanga Yoga Basics: Led Primary Series
Start this new year right, with an open mind, a healthy rhythm, and a genuine commitment to a yoga practice.
Old and new students join us to synchronize your breath and count and calibrate your rhythms for the new year!
The primary series is a challenging and invigorating sequence of postures that take about an hour and thirty minutes to practice. The postures are strengthening, toning and cleansing for the muscles, joints and internal organs. During the primary led classes, students are guided in unison through the postures of the sequence and provided with variations of poses that prove challenging.
Beginners are also welcome.
And organic masala chai is an enticing after-yoga treat.
