🌿 Into the Wild: Day Wellness Hike
Step off the treadmill of daily life and into the heart of the wild.

Our Into the Wild Day Hike is a full-day immersion into nature, movement, and mindfulness. This is more than just a hike — it's a reset for your body, mind, and spirit. We’ll guide you through a challenging and rewarding trek through stunning natural landscapes, weaving in yoga-inspired movement, fascial release sessions, and forest therapy practices that deepen your connection to the natural world.

Expect to marvel at nature’s beauty, nourishing thoughtful conversation, and shared moments with a group of like-minded souls seeking grounding, growth, and presence.

Led by a experienced hiking and qualified forest therapy guide and steeped in the teachings of yoga philosophy, these experiences are designed to help you feel more connected — to yourself, to the earth, and to others.

*Falls, we will visit Lower Kalimna Falls, Henderson Falls, Phantom falls, and the canyon walk. The hike will be in two sections, with lunch in between.

*18kms - elevation gain 565m 5hrs hiking

*Meet at Zero Point at 7am

*Snacks and lunch provided

*Own transport - Car pool/share
