Jamais deux sans trois, les Arcs s’inscrivent encore une fois dans la tournée du Chicago Blues Festival et accueillent un plateau inédit : Selwyn Birchwood Band, rejoint pour l’occasion par la chanteuse de Washington Carly Harvey ! Originaire de Tampa, en Floride, Selwyn s’est fait remarquer en remportant l'International Blues Challenge en 2013. Alternant sur scène entre guitare électrique et lap steel, il se distingue par sa voix inimitable. Avec son premier album Don’t Call No Ambulance, il a remporté de nombreux prix. De son côté, Carly Harvey, surnommée la DC Queen of the Blues, mêle blues, jazz, soul et influences indigènes américaines. Charismatique et puissante, elle aime mettre en avant son héritage de la musique afro-indigène.
