Our guest practitioner is Erika Gmach, founder of Bee Sage Farm, with over 20 years of energy healing experience. Erika will share the history of Reiki, what it is and what it is not, and the ways it supports the nervous system, sleep, and rest. She will then guide us through a Reiki infused meditation.
Your evening includes a cold brew herbal tea bar with honey syrup, a crystal of your choosing to hold during the meditation, quiet time to journal afterward, a question and answer session with Erika, and a spread of Kindred Bees baked goods, made from scratch with organic ingredients, grass fed butter, and farm fresh eggs.
Each guest takes home a gift bag with a rosewater crystal spray made by Erika, a journal, an affirmation card, and a Kindred Bees bakery style chocolate chunk sea salt cookie.
The exact address will be sent to registered guests before the gathering.
