Boom! Moviento! Free Exercise for Everyone

This class is a rescheduled class from Dec. 2! Still free, still fun and still for every body! Join us for a free exercise sampling class. We will do a little of this and a little of that.. chair yoga, chair cardio, cardio beats (drumming), yoga, low impact, strength and stretching... with some calming breathing exercises. This class is hosted by our Local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Iota Phi Omega Charter and funded through Riveon Mental Health and Recovery.
