This evening invites you to unwind, release the weight of the past year's cycle, and soften into the spacious quiet that this Winter season offers.

-Warm Costa Rican cacao will be served to open the senses and settle the heart
-Guided Somatic Yin that honors the kidney and urinary bladder meridians
-Return to your inner waters and support the body's natural capacity to restore and heal
-Soften, listen, and move like water, slow and receptive
-Rest into stillness with live music by Eddy with instruments from around the world: steel tongue handpan, didgeridoo, Native American style flutes, percussion, Tibetan bells, and more.

Experience spaciousness, release, and deep inner listening with restorative sound healing to guide you through the Winter threshold.
