Every Second Saturday of Summer from 10:30am-12pm

June 13th - “Brilliant Breath” Learn breath practices that calm anxiety, with sound healing that soothes the nervous system, and design your very own take-home breathing buddy! 

July 11th - “Sounds of the Ocean” Experience a sound healing session that encourages balance and regulation in the body-mind and create your own ocean drum to use at home!

August 8th - “Marvelous Movement” Explore the super power of mindfulness with movement! We'll participate in yoga that shifts your mood and settle into sound healing that prepares your body and mind for back-to-school. 

Each workshop is $30 per person
