9am Prenatal Yoga with Aubrie (Wellness Room)

11am Kids + Family Yoga with Tara

12pm **Potluck Community Lunch**

5pm Candlelight Somatic Yin with Steph 

6:30pm Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra with Tara


Sunday Sept 28:

9am Restore Yoga with Tara

11am Mindful Art: Nourish to Flourish Collage Project with Patty Davis 

12-4pm **Sips & Bites** OPEN HOUSE, Community Open Practice Time

5pm Tri-Class Sampler with Steph (20 min Breathwork, 20 min Slow Flow, and 20 min Yin)

6:30pm Community Cacao Circle Meditation with Tara
