This interactive Skills Fair is open to all Resident Assistants and caregivers in the community! Here’s your chance to refresh skills, learn new techniques, and build confidence in a fun, low-pressure setting.

During the event, staff may rotate through skills stations at any time. Each station is approximately 15 minutes, allowing you to customize your experience.

Skill Stations Include:
• Mechanical Lifts – EZ Stands & Hoyers (MN Hospice)
• Safe Transfers & Proper Use of Gait Belts
• Insulin Administration (MN Hospice)
• Vital Signs with LPN Belle
• Dementia & Cognitive Impairment Training with Lois

This is a great chance to refresh skills, ask questions, and connect with teammates in a supportive environment.
