Understand it. Feel it. Release it at the Root.

Learn how the mind-body connection influences chronic pain and why emotions often get stored in the body. In this experiential workshop, you'll not only understand why pain persists, but you'll be guided through an extended somatic practice and deep relaxation experience to begin releasing it at the root.

Schedule:
7:00PM Conference Room (2nd floor) - lecture

7:45PM Yoga Studio - Somatic experience

What to wear/bring:
- bring something to write and take notes.
- wear comfortable clothing. Layers are helpful as body temperatures tend to drop during slower practices.
