Make your own Mala beads and learn how to use them for meditation. Join us for a special 3 hour workshop with Kathy Glaser, E-RYT 500 and owner of Wandering Ashram Yoga & Meditation School to learn how to make & use your own Mala beads.

This workshop will include:
- Hands-on guidance and all materials needed to make your own beautiful gemstone Mala bead necklace
- Introduction to mantra meditation
- Your own mantra to take home and use for japa meditation

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring with you a journal & pen.
