Angela returns to Longwood Yoga Shala for the first time in nearly two years to reintroduce her much-loved Full Moon Gong Nights—now evolved into a more interactive, experiential, vocal sound experience. This gathering takes place outside on the Dharma Deck, surrounded by nature and guided by the energy of the Full Moon (weather permitting, we may be inside if too cold or rainy). Expect an evening that is grounding, expressive, and deeply nourishing—where your voice becomes part of the experience. What to Expect We’ll begin by tuning into the energetic themes of the Full Moon and how voice, vibration, and presence can support steadiness and trust during times of change. The evening includes: Gentle stretching and breath to open the body Guided group toning using simple, accessible sounds A guided mantra meditation to support focus, presence, and emotional balance A 44-minute Full Moon Gong Immersion for nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and deep rest No singing experience is needed. This is not about performing or sounding a certain way - it’s about connecting with your voice in a supportive group field. Your voice is welcome exactly as it is. We’ll close with a fire-inspired release ritual. If conditions don’t allow for fire, the closing will be honored through a simple collective song led by Angela - and of course a little full-moon howling. ?? AAAAAOOOOO!!
