ABOUT US:
The Florida Storm Vega is a local Seminole County nonprofit organization that aims to develops young women into skilled athletes ready for college athletics and future leadership positions. We are seeking new players at ALL positions, grad year 2030.

Coach Rudy Lizardo brings more than 23 years of baseball and softball coaching experience, helping develop 5 NCAA Division II softball athletes, 8 NCAA Division II baseball athletes, and 2 professional minor league players.

He previously served in Player Development for the Brooklyn Cyclones and Brooklyn Bonnies organizations, while also coaching Bonnie National teams from 13U–16U.

Coach Lizardo is also the owner of R2G Academy (Home of the Florida Storm), an elite indoor baseball and softball training facility focused on athlete development and competitive training. Located in Altamonte Springs at 1750 S Ronald Reagan Blvd in Altamonte Springs.
