Soltar is a Spanish word that means to let go, release, or drop.

Soltar Sundays is a two-part series with guided connection exercises and ecstatic dance. It’s a space to move, feel, and return to what’s real.

Let go of stuck energy.

Leap into something new.

Make bonds that feel true, and connect with others through an experience that’s thoughtful, alive, and grounded.

Make space for your soul to breathe.

And most importantly… come ready to DANCE.

What to Bring- Full Water bottle- Yoga mat or pillow to sit on- Journal/pen (optional)

11:30 AM – Doors open · settle in · coffee + matcha served

12:00 PM – Guided connection experience

1:00–2:00 PM – Ecstatic Dance (facilitated by Kenissa)

Kenissa blends her love of ecstatic dance, meaningful human connection, and deep music curation to create spaces that feel alive, intentional, and freeing.

She travels often and pulls inspiration from international dance floors and workshops to bring new ways of moving, relating, and remembering ourselves — together.
