Join us as we explore It's OK That You're Not OK by Megan Devine, a compassionate and honest look at grief in a culture that often expects people to "move on" too quickly. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience with profound loss, Devine challenges common misconceptions about grief and offers validation for the difficult realities of living after loss.

This book club provides a supportive space for reflection, discussion, and connection. Together, we will examine themes of grief, resilience, healing, and the importance of being witnessed in our pain rather than rushed through it. Participants are encouraged to share insights, personal reflections, or simply listen as we discuss how grief impacts our lives and relationships.

Whether you are grieving a loved one, supporting someone through loss, or seeking a deeper understanding of the grieving process, this book offers wisdom, compassion, and a powerful reminder that healing does not require us to "get over" our losses.

Cost: $15 per meeting ($15 non-refundable registration fee. This will be applied toward the cost of the first meeting.
