Take it at your own pace and have fun!  

Be sure to dig out those neon leotards, bodysuits, leg warmers, cropped sweatshirts, and dress to impress if you’d like.
But, dress appropriately and comfortably! 

Plenty of water will be available to keep you hydrated. 

Grab your workout friends and shake up your routine by making it a fun group outing. 
(Best of all: air conditioned workout!)
