Restore & Recoup is a restorative class designed to calm the nervous system through gentle stretching, breath work, relaxation, and intentional movement. It’s not about keeping up or working harder—it’s about slowing down, releasing tension, and caring for the body God has given you.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed.
Led by Stephanie Harris, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Biblical Counselor.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle.
